Articles of incorporation, business license, or tax registration (if applicable).

3. Proof of Address / Operational Lab

Utility bill, bank statement, or lab lease agreement dated within the last 90 days.

Step 5: Marketplace Terms & Fee Acknowledgment

Review platform rules, product guidelines, and slot fee commitment.

BDGRED Vendor Agreement v1.0:

1. All submitted products and research payloads are subject to mandatory manual administrator review before publication.

2. Malicious backdoors, counterfeit tools, unauthorized access trojans, and phishing kits targeting non-consenting parties are strictly prohibited.

3. The $100.00 USD vendor slot fee covers background verification and administrative dossier review. Payment does NOT guarantee approval.

4. Vendors agree to honor customer refunds for defective items verified under the RMA policy.
